A polished model-to-model review can make an architecture decision feel finished. Often the most important line is what neither model knows.
If nobody asks about recovery time or the one tenant that cannot tolerate stale reads, those constraints do not disappear. They show up later as customer impact and emergency work.
In this illustrative review, peak write rate, recovery time and tenant tolerance are blank. Put each in an unknowns ledger with a measurement and a decision owner.
Do not measure every blank cell forever. Ask which unknown could reverse the architecture choice, state the threshold, and run the cheapest probe that crosses it. Name the owner who acts on the result. Do this because review only creates value when uncertainty changes a decision.
